Introduction

Developed by China Merchants Shekou, a central state-owned enterprise, China Merchants Haiyan Mansion is located at the core of Qianhai Guiwan. As a rare pure residential plot in the area with three-fold landscape views, it adopts low-density mid-rise building layout and limited exclusive units, creating an ultra-luxury upgraded residence model for high-net-worth individuals.

The project applies Monet Impression stone into three core spaces. Its artistic texture perfectly matches the high-end positioning of the building, highlighting exquisite craftsmanship and elegant style.

Inspired by Claude Monet’s paintings, Monet Impression stone is carefully processed from natural rough stones, with each slab being one-of-a-kind. Featuring soft color gradients and vein patterns like impressionist brushstrokes, it combines poetic impressionist art with warm natural stone texture. It balances aesthetic quality and practical durability, fitting perfectly with the light luxury artistic style of the project.

The circular reception counter showcases harmonious lines and natural textures, delivering noble temperament. Large-scale paving on the entrance wall creates a solemn homecoming ritual. The lounge backdrop, matched with soft furnishings, achieves premium texture and comfortable atmosphere, fully interpreting top-tier luxury aesthetics.

With Monet Impression stone as the carrier, the project integrates prime location advantages, natural scenery and artistic aesthetics, embodying the distinctive ritual sense and elegant taste of high-end mansion life.
